الشروط والأحكام

توضح هذه الشروط، Platform الاتفاق القانوني بيننا وبينكم عند استخدام الخدمات. إن استخدامكم للخدمة يعني موافقتكم على هذه الشروط.

1) التعريفات

  • الخدمة: التحقق عبر الرسائل الخاصة، لوحة الويب، الأوامر الآلية ومكونات التقارير.
  • المستخدم: شخص طبيعي/اعتباري ينشئ حسابًا و/أو يستخدم الخدمة.

2) الحساب والوصول

  • يتم التحقق عبر رابط موقّع بـHMAC من خلال تيليجرام.
  • أمن الحساب مسؤولية المستخدم؛ أبلغوا فورًا عند الاشتباه بوصول غير مصرح.

3) الرسوم والترخيص

  • تتضمن الخطط ترخيصًا زمنيًا. يتوقف AutoTrade عند انتهاء المدة.
  • بخصوص شروط الاسترجاع سياسة الاسترجاع.

4) الاستخدام المقبول

  • يُحظر الاستخدام غير القانوني أو المزعِج/المسيء.
  • محاولات تجاوز التدابير الأمنية قد تؤدي إلى إنهاء الحساب.

5) التكاملات والجهات الخارجية

  • عند الاعتماد على خدمات طرف ثالث (مثل منصات التداول/الدفع)، قد تؤثر أعطال تلك المنصات أو قواعدها على النتائج.
  • تنطبق أيضًا شروط تلك المنصات.

6) إخلاء المسؤولية

  • تداول الأصول المشفّرة ينطوي على مخاطر عالية؛ والنتائج على مسؤولية المستخدم.
  • تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمان استمرارية أو خلو من الأخطاء.

7) تحديد المسؤولية

  • الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو العقابية مستثناة.
  • تُحدّد المسؤولية الإجمالية بالرسوم المدفوعة عن الفترة ذات الصلة.

8) الإنهاء

  • قد يُقيّد الوصول أو يُنهى الحساب عند ثبوت خرق الشروط.

9) التغييرات

  • يجوز تحديث الشروط؛ وتاريخ النفاذ هو النسخة المنشورة على الموقع.

10) القانون وحل النزاعات

  • يُطبّق القانون الوطني المعني؛ وتُحدد الجهات القضائية المختصة في الاتفاق.

هذا نموذج عام; وقد تُطلب أحكام إضافية وفق بلد مزاولتكم.
