Refund / Cancellation Policy

Because we provide digital, time-bound licenses, refund/cancellation processes are governed by the rules below.

1) General Principles

  • Plans grant time-based licenses; service activates when the term starts.
  • Local consumer law is reserved; mandatory provisions take precedence.

2) Refund Conditions

  • Service has never been used and since the license start date 7 days have not elapsed, a refund request may be considered.
  • Partial use (e.g., enabling AutoTrade / saving settings) may limit refund rights.

3) Cancellation and Renewal

  • Subscriptions end automatically at term; if auto-renewal is off, no extra fee is charged.
  • After renewal unused time will be assessed within the legal framework.

4) Application Process

  • Via DM “Support” or by e-mail: support@domain.tld
  • We request your transaction ID/tx-id and account details; the result is notified via e-mail/DM.

5) Exceptions

  • Refund rights may be limited for promotional/coupon plans.
  • User-caused security breaches/blocks may be excluded from refunds.
