İade / İptal Politikası

Dijital ve süreli lisans hizmeti sunduğumuz için, iade/iptal süreçleri aşağıdaki kurallara tabidir.

1) Genel İlkeler

  • Planlar süre bazlı lisans sağlar; süre başladığında hizmet aktif olur.
  • Yerel tüketici mevzuatı saklıdır; zorunlu hükümler önceliklidir.

2) İade Koşulları

  • Hizmet hiç kullanılmadıysa ve lisans başlangıcından itibaren 7 gün geçmediyse iade talebi değerlendirilebilir.
  • Kısmi kullanım (ör. AutoTrade açma/ayar kaydı) iade hakkını sınırlayabilir.

3) İptal ve Yenileme

  • Abonelikler süre sonunda otomatik sonlanır; otomatik yenileme yoksa ek ücret alınmaz.
  • Yenileme yaptıktan sonra kullanılmamış süre için yasal çerçevede değerlendirme yapılır.

4) Başvuru Süreci

  • DM üzerinden “Destek” ya da e-posta: support@domain.tld
  • İşlem ID/tx-id ve hesap bilgileriniz istenir; sonuç e-posta/DM ile bildirilir.

5) İstisnalar

  • Fırsat/kuponlu planlarda iade hakkı kısıtlı olabilir.
  • Kullanıcı kaynaklı güvenlik ihlali/engellemeler iade dışı kalabilir.
