سياسة الاسترجاع / الإلغاء

نظرًا لتقديمنا تراخيص رقمية محددة المدة، تُنظَّم إجراءات الاسترجاع/الإلغاء وفق القواعد أدناه.

1) المبادئ العامة

  • تمنح الخطط تراخيص محددة بالمدة؛ تُفعَّل الخدمة عند بدء المدة.
  • تظل قوانين حماية المستهلك المحلية نافذة؛ للأحكام الإلزامية الأسبقية.

2) شروط الاسترجاع

  • الخدمة لم تُستخدم مطلقًا ومن تاريخ بدء الترخيص 7 أيام لم تنقضِ، يمكن دراسة طلب الاسترجاع.
  • قد يقيّد الاستخدام الجزئي (مثل تفعيل AutoTrade / حفظ الإعدادات) حق الاسترجاع.

3) الإلغاء والتجديد

  • تنتهي الاشتراكات تلقائيًا عند انتهاء المدة؛ إذا كان التجديد التلقائي معطّلًا فلا تُفرض رسوم إضافية.
  • بعد التجديد غير المستخدم تُقيّم المدة ضمن الإطار القانوني.

4) آلية التقديم

  • عبر الرسائل الخاصة «الدعم» أو بالبريد الإلكتروني: support@domain.tld
  • نطلب رقم العملية/tx-id وبيانات الحساب؛ ويتم إشعار النتيجة عبر البريد/الرسائل الخاصة.

5) الاستثناءات

  • قد تُقيَّد حقوق الاسترجاع في الخطط الترويجية/بقسائم.
  • انتهاكات/حظر أمني بسبب المستخدم قد تُستثنى من الاسترجاع.
